nah i agree on that. like i said i found it refreshing (and surprising) to see anyone talking about the other side of the issue, which is how much more fucked up this stigma and this kind of talk is in that it supports an absolutely disgusting system that overwhelmingly punishes poc/people in poverty/the mentally ill and exposes the children to a lot of violence and abuse

thanks, yeah i wish more people would talk about it though but people wanna stay silent of course or not touch it cause it makes them uncomfortable and like tbh what’s really uncomfortable is watching families get persecuted constantly for petty shit and consistently abusive homes not being targeted with as big of an intensity
