Yeah the irony of it all sucks!  

I’ve kind of figured out exactly what’s happening here and y’know same here because that terrible sadistic side of me is scoffing because MH/She!th people are at the end of the stick they caused for RHs but also now it’s just getting tiring and out of control.

The fact that Free! fandom ended up merging into Voltron fandom and started immediately causing disarray amongst their friend groups is exactly why it’s escalated this far.

Being unable to reconcile with the similar dynamics and the war they already existed in they broke off and dispersed once again using buzzwords and giant ass explanations as to why they did it/ had to do it. OR just genuinely ran their friends off to where they no other choice but to create the Voltron fandom we’re seeing right now.

It kinda really sucks because I actually WATCHED this unfold but at the time I didn’t really pay much mind because I didn’t understand nor wanted to…and now it’s at this point lmao.

In any case Free!dom wankers took over a growing fandom first, then people in outside fandoms followed right behind them, and the anger bounced off one another until it rose up to the point where it is now. 

It has nothing to do with being on the evil or disgusting side or being “abusive” it’s literally just people couldn’t come out of their own asses for 10 seconds and let a completely general and average cartoon reach a point it didn’t have to get to lol.
